Commercial appliance servicing will be priced on a case by case basis, dependant on the size and scope of works. Gas Safety Certificate

Homeowners Gas Safety Certificate or CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Certificate - £120 inc VAT (Includes two appliances, each additional appliance charged at £30 inc VAT)

Domestic Hourly Rate

Inside Monday to Friday between 8am & 6pm

Call-out charge - £120 inc VAT (this includes one hour of diagnosis or repair labour time)

Labour charge - £90 inc VAT per hour (charged thereafter at £45 inc VAT in 30-minute increments)

Outside of Monday to Friday between 8am & 6pm

Call-out charge - £150 inc VAT (this includes one hour of diagnosis or repair labour time)

Labour charge - £120 inc VAT per hour (charged thereafter at £45 inc VAT in 30-minute increments)
